Hope everyone at Microsoft is reading this post. except for the HDMI problem, Windows 10 is truly intuitive andĪ great OS. I truly hope that Microsoft will develop a fix for this problem, because I thoroughly enjoyed the short period of having use of Windows 10 and all its great features. I have just successfully restored my computer back to Windows 7 and all of its drivers and software, and now I have HDMI functionality returned and then wait a short period to see if a fix is developed to resolve the HDMI function problem for Windows 10. Person then suggested is to restore my system back to Windows 7, then check to make sure the Unfortunately, none of the tasks, 1, 2, or 3, worked. Other shortcuts that will make using multiple virtual desktops easier: WIN + CTRL + LEFT/RIGHT: Switch to the previous or next desktop. All your windows will be rearranged on the remaining desktop. Click the X to close each of them except the first. Move the cursor to the area on the top where you see the desktops. The Tech Support person remotelyĪccessed my H.P computer, and he performed all the tasked suggested in this post. Open Mission Control, by pressing the F3 key or swiping up with three or four fingers. Now it will ask you to choose the app you want to use on the other side of the screen. To resolve the issue I contacted Microsoft Windows 10 Technical Support. Click the lock icon in the bottom-left corner of the window and enter your password, then click the blue 'Unlock' button or press 'return' on your keyboard. Not long click on the green icon on the top left (maximize icon) and wait until split screen shows up and drag it into the side you want to use. I also am having the same problem with my HDMI not working after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I appreciate the information in this post.
